Dear Fireside Family,
We truly missed seeing you in 2020 but we are SO excited to re-open in Summer 2021! We are still working out the details but we are confident that we can provide a safe and fun camp experience.
Since March 2020, we have been closely monitoring guidelines from the CDC, the American Camp Association and the state of New Hampshire. We are modifying our program to meet these guidelines and adding layers of protection such as symptom checking, facial coverings, extra hand hygiene and cleaning procedures. We have created a COVID committee made up of key staff members and volunteers who will be meeting regularly beginning in January 2021. We also plan to host Zoom info sessions for parents as we get closer to Summer. For more specifics, you can view our "Healthy Camp Plan" at the bottom of this page.
As we approach Summer 2021, we know that the guidance surrounding COVID-19 will continue to change and we will make adjustments to our plans as necessary. However, the mission of Camp Fireside, to reach kids for Christ, has and will not change. We will continue to share the love of Christ through our engaging chapel sessions, creative programming and intentional relationship-building!
