Meet the Staff:

Rob Lyons, Executive Director

Rob Lyons was born in Quincy, MA and grew up attending Brookville Baptist Church in Holbrook, MA. He served as the Youth Director for 3 years while he attended Bridgewater State University and Liberty University.  Rob was a camper at Camp Fireside from 1995 to 2000 and was offered a seat on the Board of Trustees in 2006. In 2007, he accepted the Executive Director position. That same year, he hired his future wife Meg and they were married in 2012. Rob enjoys hunting, fishing and camping and he also works as a Paramedic. 

Meg Lyons, Day Camp Director

Meg has attended Camp Fireside since the age of 8. Originally from Easton, MA, Meg graduated from Boston Baptist College in 2011 with a degree in Biblical Studies and Minors in Education & Counseling. She has taught and worked at multiple Christian schools throughout the years. Meg has been directing day camp since 2009. Rob & Meg were married in 2012 in the chapel at Camp Fireside. They reside in Barrington with their two daughters. Meg enjoys teaching about the Bible, exploring God's beautiful creation and hanging out with kids. 

Aileen Lyons, Food Service Director

Aileen has recently retired from her offseason job and now resides in Barrington. She has been serving as the food service director since 2007. Aileen also volunteers in kids ministry at her local church. She enjoys reading and researching new recipes for the Fireside menu. 

James Bollivar, Ropes & Maintenance Director

James lives in Barrington, NH. He attended Camp Fireside as a child and has since worked on staff for many years. He enjoys leading rock wall & zipline electives and creating exciting new challenge courses at camp. In the off season, he works for Camp Fireside as a groundskeeper.
